If you’re not completely satisfied with your cleaning, we’ll return and re-clean the area at no charge.
If you’re still not satisfied, we’ll refund your money.

Just let us know within 72 hours of your service, and we’ll take care of it—promptly.

2) No “Magically Reappearing Spots” Guarantee (30 Days)

If a spot we treated comes back within 30 days, we’ll come back and re-clean it for free.

(Applies to spots present at the time of cleaning. New spills or stains are not included.)

3) Our Spot Removal Promise

If another professional cleaner is able to remove a spot that we could not, we’ll pay for their work- up to the amount you originally paid us for that area.

(Excludes permanent stains, dye damage, and certain synthetic stains.)

About Odor Removal (Please Read)

We use some of the most advanced equipment, chemistry, and odor-removal systems available; far beyond what most companies offer. In many cases, we’re able to dramatically improve or completely eliminate even severe odors.

That said, no company can honestly guarantee 100% odor removal in every situation.

Here’s why:

Odors don’t always live only in the carpet fibers. They can penetrate into areas we can’t fully access, such as:

• Carpet padding and subfloor

• Baseboards and drywall

• Furniture and fabrics

• HVAC systems and surrounding materials

Because of this, while our processes are extremely effective, there are cases where some level of odor may remain, especially with severe or long-term contamination (such as pet odor or smoke odor).

The good news:

In the vast majority of cases, our clients experience a significant improvement or complete resolution of the odor, and it’s one of the things we’re most complimented on.
